What is your return policy?

You have 60 days after delivery to return a product

We understand that stuff happens during home projects, and that you may change your mind on the finish of a faucet, or an item just doesn't work out as expected. That is why we offer a 60-day return policy, so you can have peace of mind when shopping with us.

General Returns

You may request a general return within 60 days of receipt for a refund. Returns outside of our 60-day general return policy will not be accepted. Refunds, minus return shipping, will be applied to your account once the item has been received and inspected at our warehouse and if the item meets the following conditions:

  • Must be in resalable condition
  • Must be free from scratches and/or defects
  • Must not have been installed or assembled
  • Must be in the original manufacturer’s box and packaging
  • Must not have any writing on the original manufacturer’s packaging
  • Must not be missing pieces
  • Must not be clearance/liquidations/closeout

Large Item General Returns

You may request a general return of large items (indicated as being delivered Freight during checkout) within 60 days of receipt for a refund minus return shipping and a 10% restocking fee. Returns outside of our 60-day general return policy will not be accepted. Refunds will be applied to your account once the item has been received and inspected at our warehouse and if the item meets the following conditions:

  • Must be in resalable condition
  • Must be free from scratches and/or defects
  • Must not have been installed or assembled
  • Must be in the original manufacturer’s box and packaging
  • Must not have any writing on the original packaging
  • Must not be missing pieces
  • Must not be clearance/liquidations/closeout

Special Order General Returns

You may request a general return of a Special Order item (indicated as being Special Order during checkout) within 60 days of receipt. Special Order items are typically made to order or produced on limited production runs, and thus we charge a 25% restocking fee in addition to the cost of return shipping. Returns outside of our 60-day general return policy will not be accepted. Refunds will be applied to your account once the item has been received and inspected at our warehouse and if the item meets the following conditions:

  • Must be in resalable condition
  • Must be free from scratches and/or defects
  • Must not have been installed or assembled
  • Must be in the original manufacturer’s box and packaging
  • Must not have any writing on the original packaging
  • Must not be missing pieces
  • Must not be clearance/liquidations/closeout
