1. What is your return policy?

You have 60 days after delivery to return a product

We understand that stuff happens during home projects, and that you may change your mind on the finish of a faucet, or an item just doesn't work out as expected. That is why we offer a no hassle 60-day return policy, so you can have peace of mind when shopping with us.

We've also eliminated restocking fees. We're an online business, so our customers can't necessarily touch and feel a product before they buy. We do our best to provide you with the information to pick the right product for you, though sometimes the color you thought you liked online isn't quite what you thought it would be when you receive it. With our no restocking fee policy and 60-day returns you have no reason to worry.

Are there any exceptions?

  • Items that are installed, assembled or modified in any way unless installed and found defective
  • Items listed as "Non-Returnable" or "Final Sale"
  • Hygiene products like toilet seats and cleansing seats that have been installed (we hope you can understand why we're including this point).
